Fox - Adopted

Fox is in need of a new foster or forever home. Fostering is a great way to spend time with a dog to see if he or she will fit as part of your family. Sadly, Fox’s current foster family is relocating and unable to take him. Fox was found dumped with a mangled leg back in Oct. 2023, his leg had to be removed, so he is a tripod – yet he is still very active and enjoys his walks. The vet estimates his age between 2-3 years old. Fox would be fine in a home with a fenced yard, or he would do fine in a townhouse or bottom floor apartment. His home should have no steps or very few steps.

Fox is an amazing male that deserves the chance to be loved. He is the most gentle dog. He just wants to be loved and cuddled with. Fox likes kids, at least 7-8 years old, he is picky about what dog friends he has. So, if he goes to a home with other dogs, dog introductions are a must. He would also do excellent as an only dog. As many dogs can be, he is afraid of the vacuum and box fans. We believe he has an allergy to either chicken or rice, so avoiding foods with this basis should be avoided.

Fox will follow you around the whole house just to be near you. Yes, even to the bathroom or while you shower.
